Sean has primarily worked with adolescents and young adults across a range of identities experiencing symptoms such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, complex trauma, and psychosis. His goal as a therapist is to support others in developing a deep understanding and compassion for themselves, and he strongly believes that with support and gentle guidance we are all capable of healing our wounded parts and living authentically as our whole selves.
